Thank you for meeting vendors early, buying the fitenges on time, and keeping the committee updated. Your organization before, during and after the day didn’t go unnoticed, mukwai. Assigning groups and team leaders made everything run smoothly.
I loved how you made guests feel welcome, involved Florence in her choices, and gave your time, patience, care and advice throughout. Beyond being chair, your participation in other tasks was so kind and really.
And thanks for how you handled the MOB: removing MOB from the group and maybe - re-adding her back after contributions are agreed.

You coordinated the adult committee effectively by keeping me and the wider group updated throughout the process, which helped everyone understand what was expected of them.
With the junior committee, some members felt the communication style was more directive than collaborative, particularly where they were unfamiliar with Zambian cultural expectations and event protocols.
Both committees appreciated your guidance, clear allocation of responsibilities and smooth coordination of key tasks, including hall decoration, table arrangements and timekeeping.
I am especially grateful for the reassurance you provided throughout the process, which helped reduce pressure and allowed me to trust that the arrangements were being handled effectively.
The menu was well considered, with a good selection of food and drinks that supported the overall guest experience.
The choice of drummers/DJ worked well and contributed positively to the atmosphere of the event.
You managed all the areas within your control well, and your strong organising skills and ability to coordinate the event successfully were recognised by all.
Overall, your contribution was highly valued, both for the practical success of the event and for the reassurance you provided throughout the process. Your support and expertise were outstanding. I’d recommend you without hesitation to anyone needing a reliable event planner.

Honestly, I think you did a fantastic job. I really appreciated how firm you were, how clearly you communicated what needed to happen, and how you set clear deadlines throughout the process. Personally, I work best when expectations are clearly outlined and there is a timeline to work towards, so I found your approach very effective.
Overall, the management of the event from start to finish was excellent. From selecting the colours and purchasing materials to the decor, aesthetics, and overall presentation, everything was beautifully executed. During meetings, I always felt you had a clear agenda, which kept discussions focused, efficient, and avoided unnecessary confusion.
